Unfortunately I have small wrists and this bracelet doesn't stay facing up like it should. The locket part is quite heavy and it ends up under my wrist. There's no way to adjust the fit. I bought it because I like the cute kitty on it trying to tap a butterfly and the LOVE sentiment imprint. I did find an adjustable silver one that fits me but, unfortunately, not one with a kitty on it. The clasp is a bit hard to hook using only one hand because the bracelet is solid so not allowing much give to it.
