These was good for a week then they started to fall apart. Also they make it very difficult to walk.. i would.avoid these they give you a inch and a half but not for long since walking with them hurts and they fall and tare apart with in the week.I was having trouble with my shoes. My feet are very sensitive and anything hurts them. I decided to test this insole and it was perfect for what I needed, as it made my shoes more comfortable. I only bought the smallest one because my case was just looking for more comfort. I loved it and I'm going to buy more to use in other shoes. It has a bit of adhesive on the underside, which helps it stick to the shoes you wear.
