One of them, the silicon part has shifted from its original spot and it no longer sits in between the toes and now sits a little above it, and the seams are splitting so it won't be long until it's falling apart, I am going to order a new pair though because this is the only thing on the market that is what I am looking for. Other wise, they fit on your feet well and they're barely noticeable while you're wearing them and I like the strap that goes around the heel to keep them in place. I would recommend but order 2-3 pairs so you can wash and in case the other ones become faulty.The item is as advertised and does what it says it does. However, I'm a size 7 wide, and it fits very tight. It's okay when I first put it on, but as my feet swell throughout the day, it becomes too tight and very uncomfortable. I was hesitant in ordering because someone else had mentioned that it was tight. I will order the next size up. Again, it's hard ordering something like this when a 7-11 could be huge. It helped immeasurably when I put it on the first time. Having just had two knee replacements, I'm walking differently than I used to and was frustrated when the pain in my knees then became a pain in my left foot. Wearing this all day alleviated that particular pain.These are amazing. One of my toes has an artificial joint. 15 years ago I was told the other was almost as bad but I wouldn't go through 9 months of physical therapy again. My balance has been off ever since causing me to walk on the sides and heels of my feet (badly affecting my knees and hips). I ordered these when my unopened big toe had bent far inward under the second, causing a huge bunion and much pain. With these on for two days straight I can finally see a gap between my big toe and second toe. Thank you!Sturdy—and designed to not fall apart with repeated use. Had mine about six months and no wear on it. Stitching is intact, the little silicone separator is sewn into a pocket-sort of and that’s such a better design than the ones that have the silicone glued onto the fabric—those last a week. Like I said these are standing up to daily wear. I hand wash and hang to dry. I will buy more when these need to be replaced.I thought this would be wonderful for my bunion but I find that when I use it, I get almost to the blister stage where the edge of the product rubs when I walk at the base of the big toe and the next toe.THEN I PUT surgical gauze in the front edge to pad it but still the place where big toe meets foot gets very sore and also the gel spacer--makes the next toe very sore.I followed the directions exactly. SO--this is not the answer for everyone! I wish I could get a refund!I don't think I can.There were no clear instructions on how to put the item on. I found it to be a little tricky. Also, as shown in the photo, the seams were pulling out after the first use. The material is soft, but it's going to take some time to get used to wearing it. Hopefully the product lasts long enough to be effective.I’m sorry sorry to leave a negative review, but I just cannot find anything good to say about these. They did nothing to ease or protect my bunions and the were so tight that when I finally removed them, that is when my feet finally began to feel better!!Out of all of the products I have purchased from Amazon over the years, these are the only product that truly deserves a negative review. Please do not purchase this item; you will regret it if you do.I love this product! I have been having pain on my left foot for bunion issues, I’m avoiding surgery. This is so comfortable ! I put it on right away and it is nice with the compression as well! I also like the instructions on the bag as a reminder of proper care for the material ! I recommend!!
