I have a few pairs of these with different size and shape. I ordered size X-Large and they’re ok not too big or too thick. I insert them to different panty, the sticky back makes it little difficult, I would refer they don’t have it.It feels so soft and feels fleshy & real and isn't to big and fake looking. It doesn't show a prominent lining of the butt pad edges, it kind of blends into your butt well.
