I needed wrist guards that let my hands somewhat breathe. The previous pairs I've owned were the sleeve type and make me incredibly sweaty.These are perfect in terms of coverage BUT the sizing seems a bit off.Normally I'm a small to medium in hand/wrist related items. I opted for medium based on the size guide as I fell right between the 2 sizes. The palm part fits great but the issue is more with the velcro straps. The ones that wrap around the wrist part fall too short and can barely fasten/stick to the other piece...and the ones adjusting the palm part come excessively long, to the point where they are kind of interfering with my hand movements. I'm not sure if I got a defect or if maybe I should've gone with size Small ..but I kept them as I needed them right away.
