I like that the material is soft and has some stretch. It has velcro along the top in case you want to tighten above your knee area. So I ordered up a size because of this and it fits perfect. Its not too bulky and comfortable when I do floor work (dancing) I don't feel any pressure on my knees which is why I purchased. Overall im very happy with purchase.
